Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Limited edition drops may have extended processing times due to production runs. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard items ship via USPS Ground Advantage — tracked, no signature required, estimated 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • The Box V2 (Lidavel Artist Series) ships via USPS Priority Mail, insured to its declared value, signature required on delivery

International

  • Standard items ship via USPS or DHL eCommerce — tracked, no signature required, typically 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • All duties and import taxes are settled at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery
  • The Box V2 (Lidavel Artist Series) currently ships to the United States and Canada only — everywhere else, email support@twistinterps.co for a shipping quote and a secure checkout link
