Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Limited edition drops may have extended processing times due to production runs. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Standard items ship from Los Angeles, CA. Lidavel handles fulfillment of The Box V2 separately.

Shipping charges and taxes — all products

Customers pay shipping and all applicable sales tax, VAT, duties and import fees. Depending on your destination, taxes and duties may be included in displayed prices or collected at checkout. Your order total shows amounts included or prepaid. Where import charges are not prepaid, the carrier or customs may require payment before delivery. If asked to pay a charge already shown as prepaid, contact us so we can help investigate.

Domestic (United States)

  • Standard items ship via USPS Ground Advantage — tracked, no signature required, estimated 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • The Box V2 (Lidavel Artist Series): US$55 shipping via USPS Priority Mail, insured to its declared value, signature required on delivery

International

  • Standard items ship via USPS or DHL eCommerce — tracked, no signature required, typically 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • The Box V2 (Lidavel Artist Series) is made to order with a 4–6 week production period and is fulfilled by Lidavel, shipping separately in its own box. International shipping, including Canada, is US$100 flat with tracking and signature required on delivery. The rate is displayed in your checkout currency. Enter your country and delivery address at checkout to confirm availability and your total. Customers pay applicable taxes and import charges as explained above. If no shipping option is available, use our contact form before ordering.

For orders already placed, the processing, shipping and product-specific terms supplied with your purchase continue to apply.

  • Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address supplied at checkout
