TwistinTerps builds objects that are engineered first and collectible second. Lidavel builds one of the most technically ambitious cooling instruments made in the United States. The Box V2 is what happens when those two disciplines meet — Lidavel's engineering underneath, TwistinTerps design on top.

The Artwork

Every unit in this run carries original TwistinTerps artwork and a custom finish developed specifically for this release. It's the same design language that runs through The Marker and the Barbed Wire Edition — deliberate, graphic, and built to be looked at, not hidden away.

The finish and the artwork are the edition. The unit underneath is Lidavel's, unmodified.

The Collaboration

Lidavel doesn't put its hardware in many hands. Their releases with outside artists are rare and short — a small number of pieces, then done. This is TwistinTerps' entry into that line, and it follows the same rule: a capped run, then it closes.

Limited Run, Built to Order

This run is capped at 5 units. Each piece is finished after the order is placed. Nothing sits on a shelf, and every unit gets the same attention to the finish. Once the run closes, it will not be produced again. Units are not individually numbered.

The Instrument

Lidavel's patented electronic cooling system (U.S. Patent No. 12,648,591) draws on technologies from the computer, aerospace, and refrigeration industries. It reaches temperature in 2–5 minutes and holds it for as long as the unit is running — controlled rather than overcorrecting. Roughly 60W peak draw on standard AC power.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, refunds, and all warranty service for this product are handled directly by Lidavel under Lidavel's policies. For this product, Lidavel's policies below replace TwistinTerps' standard all-sales-final store policy.

• 5-year service warranty covering electronic and water-seal related issues on the main unit, including parts and labor for domestic customers
• 30 days from delivery to request a return, with the item unused and in original packaging
• Damaged or defective units are replaced at no cost
• Separately sold accessories are not covered

Ordering & Lead Time

Because each piece is finished to order, please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your unit ships. You'll receive confirmation when your unit enters production and again when it ships with tracking. If production runs longer than the stated window, we'll contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping

United States: Ships USPS Priority Mail in a Large Flat Rate Box, fully insured to declared value, signature required on delivery, 2–3 business days once production is complete. Tracking provided.

International: Canada checks out directly — shipping is US$55.25, charged in Canadian dollars at checkout, no email needed. Everywhere else, the edition is available worldwide by request: email support@twistinterps.co with your country and we'll quote shipping to your address and send you a secure checkout link. Two things to know before ordering: the unit runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P (3-prong grounded US) plug, so outside North America you will need a step-down transformer; and duties and import taxes are settled at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery.
